Flu is everywhere and even the healthiest person can catch it and become really unwell. It’s worth getting vaccinated before the winter flu season comes, if you want to stay well or avoid interruption to work or holiday plans.
The 2018 flu vaccines have finally arrived in New Zealand, and will be distributed and be available in medical centres from early April (previously late March, but there has been a delay). Please ring in April to book your flu vaccination early! It’s free if you are over 65 or pregnant, as well as people with certain medical conditions, see our vaccination page.
